TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• In case of cancellation, 10 KD/sqm will be deducted.
• After cutting the sheets, there will be no refund.
• EVA flooring mats are weather-resistant only. The company is not responsible for any damage caused by the customer.
• Please clean the boat before starting the work. Removal of previous flooring and cleaning will incur an additional fee of 5.000 KWD/Sqm
• Any modification or change in the ground specifications after implementation will incur an additional fee.

WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS

Pits
Small holes in the raw-material foam originating from the supplier.

Delamination
Separation between foam layers.

Damages from production
Damage caused during the manufacturing process.

Production errors
Issues or mistakes happening during production.

CAD errors
Errors from initial drawings or nesting.

Note: If the customer approves a drawing that contains errors, it will not be covered.

Excessive fading
Premature or excessive color lightening beyond normal fading.

Color variance
A deviation of ±50% from the intended/original color.

Color bleeding
When the product becomes wet and dye leaks out.

WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Light amplification (sun burning)
Environmental phenomenon where reflected/refracted sunlight exposes the product to temperatures above 73°C.

Normal fading / discoloration
Dulling or discoloration considered normal with use.

CAD errors approved by customer
If misaligned teak patterns or similar errors were present in an approved drawing.

Wear and tear
Normal deterioration or stress from regular use.

Scuffs / scratches / damages
Scrapes, drags, chips, roughened surfaces.

Stains
Marks created by external sources that are difficult to remove.

Animal damage
Scratches, stains, or tears caused by animals.

Cut or altered parts
Any part modified by the buyer.

Second purchaser
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

WARRANTY TERMS
This warranty applies only to the original end user and is non-transferable.

Please keep your receipt or obtain it from IBoat Marine.

We need the flooring invoice to verify date and proof of purchase.
